Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 7+ years in a similar IT role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous IT improvements.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Strong Linux administration (Ubuntu/Debian/RHEL).
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in scripting for automation and system management.
• Solid networking knowledge: firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, Spanning Tree.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
• Atlassian suite: Jira & Confluence; familiarity with monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, design, and delivery of core infrastructure initiatives (on-prem and hybrid cloud).
• Lead engineering and operational support for Linux-based systems, storage, and services.
• Develop automation using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC workflows (Ansible, Terraform).
• Manage and support AWS services for reliable hybrid integration.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and operational insights across systems.
• Experience with hybrid on-premises and private clouds.
• Involvement with networking architecture and operations.
• Provide technical guidance across IT domains; mentor team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs.
