Job Summary

We have an opportunity for an experienced Systems Engineer with significant managed services experience and outstanding client service skills to join our team of highly qualified engineers working closely together to meet our customers’ requirements as well as providing support throughout the company at any level of work, to ensure that service levels to our clients are always met in a quality, time effective manner.

Duties

Serve as the technical lead and primary escalation point for the team.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and knowledge-sharing across all levels.

Manage and oversee project delivery, including scoping, solution design, and implementation.

Maintain compliance with security policies and best practices.

Ensure ticket and project management aligns with SLAs, updating statuses daily.

Take ownership of preventative maintenance and system performance improvements.

Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, assisting in their absence.

Maintain detailed technical documentation and oversee change management.

Record a minimum of 6 billable hours per day and ensure accurate timesheet submissions.
