Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor to operate primarily from the Preston Support Office in Australia. The role focuses on enterprise bargaining, payroll compliance, dispute resolution and union engagement with a strong autonomy to shape industrial relations strategy.

You will work with P&C teams and executives, spanning multi-site operations, and travel interstate as required. A National Police Check is required for new joiners.

Qualifikationen

• Five years’ experience in an industrial relations, workplace relations or employment law advisory role.
• Experience supporting or leading enterprise bargaining, industrial negotiations and managing complex industrial relations matters in a multi-site, unionised environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian industrial relations and employment law, with ability to interpret legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
• Highly developed consultation, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills with commercially practical, risk-based advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive briefs and policy materials.
• Sound judgement, confidentiality and attention to detail with autonomy and prioritisation skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical, commercially focused advice across a range of industrial relations matters.
• Support enterprise bargaining, payroll compliance, dispute resolution and union engagement.
• Develop guidance materials, toolkits, updates and training to build IR capability.
• Coordinate compliance reviews and audits and monitor IR developments.
• Lead or support IR projects, identifying risks and escalating material issues.
