Job summary

Americold is seeking an Inventory Manager at our Spearwood site to lead stock control for QSR and retail customers. You will oversee the inventory team, ensure accuracy, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

You’ll partner with internal stakeholders, analyse KPIs, forecast needs and drive improvements in storage and handling. Strong Excel and warehouse systems experience are essential; three years of domain experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in inventory control or inventory management within a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a warehouse or inventory team, including workforce planning, coaching, performance management and training.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with demonstrated ability to analyse inventory data and prepare accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and document damaged, missing, misplaced or non-conforming stock and coordinate corrective action.
• Validate inbound stock against purchase orders, customer specifications and system records.
• Analyse and report inventory performance against KPIs and identify trends and corrective actions.
• Partner with QSR and retail customers and internal stakeholders to manage account-specific inventory requirements and claims.
