Qualifications

• Registered Specialist or residency-trained in Small Animal Internal Medicine.
• Fellow of ANZCVS or Diplomate of ACVIM/ECVIM.
• Experience mentoring colleagues.
• Interest in clinical excellence and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Internal Medicine Department and mentor staff.
• Provide specialist clinical care for small animals.
• Collaborate with Surgery and ECC for complex cases.
• Develop and implement service growth strategies.
