Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Professional Integrity Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity in Macquarie Park, NSW. You will lead end-to-end case management on misconduct, fraud and procurement integrity, ensuring fair processes and risk mitigation while engaging with executives and a wide range of stakeholders.

You will assess procurement-related matters, advise on integrity risks, and work within the Professional Integrity Unit to support informed decisions and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end investigations and assessments.
• Strong knowledge of procurement frameworks and governance.
• Ability to analyse information from enterprise systems.
• Formal procurement qualifications or accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an end-to-end case management function for misconduct, fraud, corruption and procurement integrity concerns.
• Balance robust integrity outcomes with employee welfare considerations and engage with executives.
• Assess, manage and resolve procurement-related matters including conflicts of interest and contract issues.
• Provide advice and support on procurement integrity risks to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Leverage enterprise systems to identify integrity risks and trends, using Ariba/Domo/Totara data.
