Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major infrastructure program in Western Australia, Perth. You will provide peak leadership to a multidisciplinary design and delivery team, manage the client relationship and ensure delivery of project outcomes.

The role requires a Chartered engineering degree, ~20+ years in infrastructure, strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

Engineering degree with Chartered status or equivalent.
Approximately 20+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams.
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects, ports preferred.
Excellent communication and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Provide peak leadership to a large multidisciplinary team delivering design and engineering services for major infrastructure projects.
Interface between project team and client to define and exceed expectations.
Develop and manage project programme, controls, and commercial aspects.
Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing across the project team.
Direct supplier/sub-consultant management and governance of project delivery.
