Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver IR engagements across the APJ region from Australia. This senior, hands-on role requires incident response, forensics expertise, and the ability to mentor junior staff while communicating clearly with business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in incident response, network/host forensics, threat intelligence, and the ability to produce compelling reports for executives.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting incident response investigations for organizations.
• Background using forensic analysis tools in IR investigations.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and logs analysis.
• Ability to create remediation plans for compromised organizations.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence and adversary attribution.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements.
• Perform advanced host and/or network forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Advise organizations during threat actor activity.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations.
• Present technical material to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute thought leadership through blogs and public talks.
