  • Owning communications throughout significant incidents, providing clear and actionable updates to leadership, legal, and impacted business teams.
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for Incident Responders on complex, sensitive, or high-impact security events.
  • Maintaining investigative excellence by reviewing casework, forensic methodologies, and evidence handling practices.

  • Driving continuous improvement across incident response tooling, automation, procedures, and playbooks.
  • Participating in the 24x7 on-call roster as a senior escalation point and incident commander for high-priority events.
What You'll Bring

  • Experience using SIEM, XDR, EDR, and log analysis tools to investigate and respond to sophisticated threats.
  • Strong scripting and analytical capabilities to support large-scale investigations and threat analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams, executives, legal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Calm, decisive leadership under pressure and a track record of delivering successful outcomes during high-impact incidents.
  • Relevant qualifications in Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Industry certifications such as GCFA, GREM, GNFA, or GCIH will be highly regarded.
