Job summary

Global Payments seeks a senior program manager to lead complex conversions and integrations across multiple teams. You will define scope, budget, timelines and governance, and drive delivery of products to clients.

You will build strong client relationships, balance risks, and lead a large cross-functional team. PMP/Six Sigma credentials and MS Project skills are preferred, with credit card industry experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or IT with 8+ years of project management experience.
• PMP Certification and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• MS Project skills and experience with credit card industry implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex conversion/integration implementation efforts and manage plans.
• Deliver new business and products to clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Define plan, scope, schedule and cost; govern project plans and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior leadership; manage risk and communications.
• Track progress, manage change control, and oversee project billing and budgets.
