Job summary

Arkeus is seeking an experienced ILS Manager to own the integrated logistics support framework for defence products, delivering spares, training, maintenance concepts and through-life evidence for operational availability.

In this senior, hands-on role you will work across Design, Product and Manufacturing, shape ILS plans, governance and deliverables, and help scale the function while ensuring compliance and secure operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in integrated logistics support, logistics engineering or through-life support for complex products.
• Experience across ILS planning, logistics support analysis, maintenance and in-service support.
• Strong defence-sector experience; Australian and overseas projects preferred.
• Hardware with embedded and application software experience.
• Familiar with RAM, FMECA, maintenance task analysis and LSAR deliverables.
• Able to deliver plans and customer deliverables while leading without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish Arkeus’s ILS operating model, processes, templates, tools and governance across the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Logistics Support Plans tailored to contracts.
• Identify and manage ILS requirements for defence projects, both Australian and international.
• Integrate ILS activities into program schedules, risks, budgets and gates.
• Act as senior ILS contact for defence customers, primes and partners.
• Lead logistics support analysis, including maintenance concepts and data development.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve design and support decisions using RAM data.
• Define maintenance concepts, repair levels and task times.
• Maintain traceability between baselines, software releases, publications and spares.
• Develop provisioning, spares, repair pipelines and inventory assumptions.
• Define operating and maintenance publications, training needs and courseware.
• Identify tools, test equipment and infrastructure requirements.
• Define and report ILS performance measures to leadership and manage through-life improvements.
