Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to lead the design and coordination of hydraulic systems for defence, buildings and infrastructure projects across Australia. The role focuses on delivering innovative and practical engineering solutions while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to project performance.

You will work within a collaborative team, applying sound engineering judgement to solve complex challenges and support growth of long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

Experience in detailed designs
Front End Engineering Design (FEED) experience
Consulting or complex engineering projects in defence, commercial, education, water, industrial, transport or infrastructure sectors

Responsibilities

Design and coordinate hydraulic systems including potable water, wastewater, stormwater, medical and industrial gases, and liquid fuel systems across commercial, industrial, transport and Defence infrastructure projects.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to designers and developing engineers.
Contribute to project performance, efficiency and technical excellence.
