Morson Edge Australia is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician or Leading Hand ready to move into supervision and project management in Western Sydney. The role blends hands-on HVAC work with growing leadership responsibilities alongside an experienced management team.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in commercial HVAC, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a long-term ambition to progress into project management, while continuing hands-on work initially.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of commercial HVAC experience required.
• Hands-on technical background across commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience mentoring technicians, supervising teams or coordinating works.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians, installers and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate site activities, materials and suppliers.
• Liaise with builders, clients and other trades.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and delivery.
• Develop skills in estimating, budgeting and project management.
• Progressively take on greater leadership and operational responsibilities.
