Job summary

Fortescue is seeking an experienced HV Electrical Supervisor to lead the mobile maintenance high voltage team at Eliwana. The role oversees safe, reliable maintenance of HV systems supporting mobile fleet, workshop, and infield operations while developing technicians and coordinating with planning teams.

You will promote a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and adapt to new technologies as Fortescue advances its Green Fleet Transition, with FIFO roster from Perth or Busselton.

Qualifications

• Trade recognised Electrician with HV switching competency.
• Current Australian Electrical Workers Licence.
• Demonstrated HV switching experience and HV distribution knowledge.
• Experience supervising a high voltage team in mining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop HV mobile maintenance team and contractors.
• Ensure safe, reliable maintenance of HV assets for mobile fleet and workshop.
• Plan, supervise inspection, fault-finding, and repairs of HV distribution systems.
• Coordinate with planning to align maintenance with strategy and operations.
• Utilise SAP to create, review, allocate, and close tasks.
