Job summary

REMONDIS Australia is seeking a Senior HSEQ Advisor to provide hands-on support across our sites in Mascot NSW with travel between locations. You will partner with site leaders and workers to strengthen HSEQ performance and ensure compliance with Australian WHS, environmental and quality requirements.

You will lead investigations, risk assessments, audits and corrective actions, driving continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a HSEQ advisory role across industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS, environmental and quality requirements.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach across multiple sites.
• Qualifications in WHS, environmental management, quality or risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HSEQ advice, coaching and support to managers and workers across sites.
• Promote compliance with policies and relevant health, safety, environmental and quality legislation.
• Lead investigations, risk assessments, audits, inspections and corrective action management.
• Drive initiatives that improve HSEQ performance, culture and engagement across teams.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSEQ systems, processes and reporting.
• Travel between sites within your area of responsibility to provide HSEQ support.
