Job summary

Qualifications

• Applicants must have contemporary HR Business Partnering experience in managing complex and sensitive employee matters including case management involving conduct, grievances and other workplace related issues.
• Highly developed communication, consultation and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates the management of complex HR management issues; provides professional, technical and strategic advice to managers and directors to build capacity to effectively manage their teams.
