Coates is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR support for the East Business Unit (NSW & ACT) and Asset Services, based in Ingleburn. You will partner with ELT and 54 branches, shaping HR policy, workforce planning and risk management across a busy, matrix organisation.

You will bring 10+ years of HR generalist/partner experience, strong industrial relations knowledge, and a collaborative leadership style to drive the HR agenda and safety culture.

Formación

• Significant experience (10+ years) as an HR generalist or HR business partner.
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations, employment legislation, awards and agreements.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience in matrix organisations and working with multiple executives.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to implement people plans for the East business unit.
• Provide strategic, proactive HR support to enable delivery of HR and Safety plans.
• Advise on employment legislation, risk management and workforce planning.
