Country Road Group is seeking an experienced Merchandise Planner (Home) to develop budgets, forecasts and store profiling across its Country Road brands in Australia. You will manage in-season trading, optimize assortment and drive profitable growth with cross-functional teams.

You will shape planning processes, deliver data-driven insights and ensure stock availability while balancing brand vision with financial KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and translating findings into commercial recommendations.
• Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Buying, Merchandising and Finance.

Responsabilités

• Establish weekly budgets for sales, markdowns, stock, stock turn, margin, purchases and GP by category across channels.
• Collaborate with Buyers to develop seasonal options that align with KPIs and manage OTB.
• Ensure stock levels across channels and stores to maintain productive inventory.
• Manage in-season trade, forecasts on sales, markdowns, stock and GP across channels.
• Support assortment planning and feedback from stores to adjust ranges.
• Drive reporting packs, performance commentary and recommendations for reviews.
