Job summary

Tadano Oceania Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Technician (Heavy Diesel Mechanic) to diagnose, repair and service heavy equipment from Adelaide, SA. The role includes in-field client support, maintenance planning and reporting to supervisors, with travel to various sites as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Trade Qualification and has proven experience in a senior service or technical role, with strong diagnostic skills and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment in field or workshop settings.
• Provide in-the-field client support and service delivery.
• Achieve daily maintenance targets, inspect and report on completed tasks.
• Keep accurate daily work records and report issues/recommend repairs to Supervisor.
• Maintain workshop stores stock and critical spares levels as required.
