Job summary

UST is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional hardware, firmware, and cloud-telemetry programs. You will own schedules, coordinate NPI phases, and drive FMEA coordination for end-to-end lifecycle management.

Candidates should have 7–12+ years of experience in hardware, firmware, or cloud systems, with strong PM skills and familiarity with server architectures. PMP/Scrum preferred but optional.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hardware/firmware or cloud programs.
• Strong understanding of server architecture and BIOS/BMC flows.
• Experience with NPI processes (EVT/DVT/PVT) and manufacturing readiness.
• FMEA coordination and risk management experience.
• Experience with cloud telemetry, remote diagnostics, field data trends.
• PM certification (PMP/ Scrum) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, operations, suppliers, and cloud teams.
• Own program schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate hardware engineering across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and validation teams.
• Drive firmware readiness (BIOS, BMC, diagnostics) aligned to hardware milestones.
• Lead NPI phases and factory readiness, ensuring mass production transition.
• Facilitate FMEA activities and integrate outcomes into design and validation.
• Partner with cloud telemetry teams to enable monitoring and field data analysis.
• Manage hardware lifecycle activities and ECO processes.
