With a Bachelor degree and 4+ years in complex engineering, you will prepare reports, participate in design reviews, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring security clearance readiness.

Responsibility

Develops solutions and solves more complex problems to deliver engineering projects on-time, on-quality, and on-budget directly impacting positive project outcomes for a variety of circumstances. Writes reports and presents work carried out at peer and design reviews. Develops processes for team and influences decisions by providing technical advice to team(s). Remains current on trends and emerging technologies and tools. May provide train, coach and advise more junior team members. May estimate engineering packages of work to identify dependencies and ensure the deliverability of assigned work packages. May include safety, environmental protection and compliance.

Requirements

Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a related field and 4+ years of experience within a relevant complex engineering environment. May be required to maintain security clearance

Nationality Requirements

The successfully appointed candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a current Australian Defence Security Clearance to Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1).
