This role provides technical leadership within a safety-critical aviation environment, collaborating with AMO personnel, the Continuing Airworthiness Supervisor, Pilatus Engineering Support, Flight Line, PTS Management, Team 21 partners and Jet Aviation’s corporate functions.

Qualifikationen

• DASR MAML C-category certification and B-category licence required.
• Strong leadership and safety compliance focus.
• Experience in aviation maintenance environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead the AMO from a technical perspective and brief staff as required.
• Ensure safe, compliant maintenance activities per Jet Aviation policies.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for aircraft availability.
• Manage hangar rosters, manpower allocations and overtime within budget.
