Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience as a qualified Hairdresser.
• Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or Certificate IV.
• Demonstrated technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

About the Role

• Conduct professional client consultations, assess hair condition and recommend appropriate services and professional products.
• Deliver a range of advanced hairdressing treatments in addition to cutting, colouring and styling.
• Comply with workplace health and safety requirements, salon policies and procedures.
• Support and contribute to the development of the wider salon team.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Stylist who:

• Is confident managing a busy column.
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Has strong communication and organisational skills.
• Is driven, reliable and solutions-focused.
• Is passionate about hairdressing and committed to ongoing professional development.
• Values quality professional products and delivering outstanding results.
• Relevant Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or Certificate IV. Alternatively, at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience as a qualified Hairdresser.
• Demonstrated technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
