Reform UK is expanding its campaign team in preparation for a general election and is seeking Senior Campaign Managers. This role involves managing a team of Campaign Managers to oversee core ground campaign activities across key seats.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication skills, and experience in political campaigning, while ensuring compliance with legal and electoral requirements. A UK driving license and vehicle access are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Campaign Managers focused on core ground campaign activities.
• Assess progress against KPIs and provide accurate reporting.
• Lead and coordinate a canvassing schedule to ensure accurate data collection.
• Organise delivery of HQ-designed literature.
• Engage volunteers in campaign activity.
• Monitor campaign progress for adherence to KPIs.
• Ensure legal and electoral compliance.
