We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Sydney to shape the visual identity of our clients' brands. You will create high-quality print and digital artwork and edit videos to meet client needs. Your creativity will ensure we deliver visually appealing content across platforms.

The Role

Your role will demand a keen eye for detail, an innovative approach to design, and strong ability to transform client concepts into compelling visuals. You will have the freedom to experiment with new techniques and ideas, pushing the boundaries of traditional design to craft unique and memorable brand experiences. From conceptualising fresh designs to refining complex graphics, your artistic vision and creative prowess will be at the forefront of every project you undertake.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design print and digital materials, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, website visuals, and more
• Collaborate with the project teams to create visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements
• Develop creative and effective designs for proposals and clearly explain the ideas behind the design concepts
• Edit and produce videos for promotional, educational, and internal purposes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
• Support team members by fostering a collaborative and creative work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital artwork
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques
• Experience in video editing and production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
