Job summary

Bonds in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the in-house creative team and shape visual direction. You will craft digital and print campaigns, mentor two junior designers, and collaborate with the Creative Manager while staying hands-on with execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in graphic/digital design, strong leadership, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Retail or ecommerce experience is a plus.

Lead creative work for an iconic Australian brand!

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in‑house creative team and play a key role in shaping the visual direction of Bonds. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer who's ready to take the next step in their career.

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll continue to lead the creation of impactful digital and print campaigns while also stepping into a mentoring and coaching role, supporting the development of two Junior Graphic Designers.

Working closely with the Graphic Design & Creative Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build your leadership skills, provide creative direction, and help shape the growth of the wider design team, all while remaining hands‑on with creative execution.

What you'll be doing
