Qualifications

4+ years of platform engineering or cloud infra experience.
Hands-on Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Mimir tooling.
Kubernetes and Docker experience in observability contexts.
OpenTelemetry instrumentation and pipelines experience.
Terraform and Helm provisioning and management.
familiarity with SaaS observability platforms (e.g., New Relic).
Proficiency in Go, Python, Node or Shell; CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and manage the Grafana-based observability stack in Kubernetes.
Instrument applications with OpenTelemetry and maintain collectors.
Ensure comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing across microservices.
Create dashboards, alerts, and automated incident response workflows.
Automate observability infra with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate across teams and mentor engineers on instrumentation best practices.
