Job summary

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Backend Developer to join our leading decentralized middleware protocol team. You will focus on building and maintaining backend services in Go, while managing distributed validator sets and automating infrastructure with Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable Web3 solutions, monitor system performance, and contribute to architectural decisions that improve efficiency and reliability across our

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
Experience in managing distributed systems and validator sets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Go programming language.
Manage distributed validator sets to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform, and AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable Web3 solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues.
Contribute to architecture and design discussions to optimize technology stack and processes.
