Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Lead Labelling Specialist to be a hands-on technical authority across the product lifecycle. You will solve complex regulatory labelling challenges, apply risk-based judgement and lead governance improvements with cross-functional partners.

You will shape end-to-end labelling systems, drive scalable approaches, and mentor teams while aligning with quality, regulatory and business priorities across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, regulatory or technical discipline.
• Advanced degree in a relevant technical, regulatory or scientific field.

Responsibilities

• Solve the hardest labelling problems with hands-on ownership.
• Shape the end-to-end labelling system architecture across product lifecycle.
• Set technical direction on interpretation and application of labelling regulations, standards and guidance.
• Lead development of improved processes, templates and tooling.
• Lead complex escalations with cross-functional stakeholders and risk-based judgement.
• Align with regulatory, quality, engineering and operations on process design and changes.
• Strengthen governance for requirements interpretation, traceability and verification across lifecycle.
• Shape global labelling, localisation and translation approaches for consistency.
• Improve how we work by prioritising continuous-improvement initiatives.
