Job summary

The Great Outdawes Landscaping is seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Team Member to join our Adelaide-based crew. You’ll work across high-end residential properties, maintaining gardens to the highest standard and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, hedge trimming, weed control, planting, irrigation checks, and health issue identification. We offer full-time stability, above‑award wages based on experience, quality equipment, ongoing training,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in garden maintenance or horticulture.
• Strong plant identification and pruning knowledge.
• Experience using commercial gardening equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Friendly, professional attitude with great communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in all weather conditions.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred).
• White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Chemical accreditation and horticultural qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
