Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in custody or fund accounting.
  • Knowledge of custody specific trade and cash life cycle processing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned clients.
  • Ensure activities align with internal standards.
  • Handle incoming queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
  • Track staff performance and manage onboarding and leave planning.
  • Conduct process reviews for operational efficiency.
  • Escalate issues to supervisors on time.

Working knowledge of financial products and financial markets
Strong computer competence (Microsoft applications: Excel, Word)
