Job summary

Mane Consulting is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join a global investment firm in Sydney on a 6 or 12 month contract. You will calculate daily and monthly unit prices across diversified funds and handle day-to-day fund operations, collaborating with investors and senior managers.

You will work with risk, compliance, financial reporting and tax teams, while engaging investor servicing activities including onboarding, capital calls and distributions.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 3+ years in Funds Services, Super, Custody, Tax or Investment Management.
• Solid knowledge of Fund Accounting & Unit Pricing mechanisms and investment products.
• Experience with Simcorp, Hiportfolio, Invest1, PControl, and advanced Excel.
• Part Qualified or Qualified CA/CPA beneficial; BIG 4 funds or tax experience welcome.
• Team player with attention to detail and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Calculate Daily and Monthly unit prices across a range of Investment Funds.
• Day-to-day Fund operations and Investment Activity oversight.
• Collaborate with Investors and Senior Fund Managers.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Financial Reporting and Tax teams.
• Engage with Investor servicing: onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements.
• Support Financial Reporting & Regulatory training including distributions.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity with Investment Fund and Tax controls.
