Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a Senior Full Stack Microsoft Engineer to design and build powerful solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. You will craft custom Dynamics CRM experiences, build modern APIs, and automate processes with Agentic AI, elevating enterprise user experiences.

You will mentor engineers and lead API strategy, with a focus on secure, scalable cloud services and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid, Australia-wide team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and customising Dynamics 365 modules (Sales/Customer Service).
• Strong API design and RESTful/API management using Azure services.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and data modelling for CRM analytics.
• Cloud-native architecture and secure integration patterns across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Dynamics 365 customisations including plugins and workflows.

Job Description

As a Senior Full Stack Microsoft Engineer, you'll design and build powerful solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure—transforming business workflows with intelligent apps, seamless integrations, and scalable cloud services. From crafting custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales and Customer Service) experiences to building modern APIs and automating processes with Agentic AI, you'll be at the forefront of innovation. In this role, you will

• You will design and implement advanced customizations within Dynamics 365 Sales or Service modules, including the development of custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows to meet complex business requirements.
• AI to improve software engineering workflows or customer support in a Microsoft ecosystem
• Design and implement modern, secure APIs using RESTful and event-driven patterns, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Azure-native services like API Management, Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Lead integration strategy and cloud migration, modernising legacy systems and promoting reusable, well-documented APIs across domains.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, product managers, and delivery teams to align API solutions with business needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor engineers and champion best practices, contributing to risk assessments, incident response planning, and fostering a high-performance, adaptable team culture.
• Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining expertise in API technologies, pursuing certifications, and identifying opportunities for productivity and process enhancements.

Skills Summary

You'll have significant demonstrated hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Power Platform, and enterprise-grade API development, with a strong foundation in cloud-native architecture and Azure services.

Technical Expertise:

• CRM & Power Platform: Customization of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service), development of model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and integration with external systems via APIs.
• Programming Languages & Tools: Proficient in C#, JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, JSON, and Power Query for building scalable and secure solutions.

Azure Services:

• Integration & Automation: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management
• Data & Security: Azure Data Factory, Blob Storage, Key Vault
• API Development: RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth 2.0, Azure AD), and secure integration with Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Experienced with Azure DevOps, Git, and automated deployment pipelines for CRM solutions and Azure resources.
• Business Intelligence: Power BI dashboards, custom connectors, and data modelling for CRM analytics.

Methodologies & Practices:

• Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models with a focus on iterative development and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and API security best practices.
