Job summary

Vanguard Australia is seeking a highly skilled Full stack Engineer to deliver advanced system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases. Qualifications

5+ years in software development and backend architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end system analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex applications and databases, including third-party integrations.
Translate technical specifications into high-quality, tested and maintainable code for new builds and enhancements.
Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability under varying workloads.
Drive integration of multiple data sources, APIs, and services to improve system efficiency and data flow.
Develop and maintain comprehensive backend documentation to support cross-functional understanding.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical upskilling across the team.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
