Intertek Inform is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Engineer (C# / React / AWS) to lead and shape the future of our web, mobile, and API platforms from Sydney, NSW. The role blends hands-on coding with senior technical leadership, mentoring across teams and setting high standards for scalability, performance, and security.

You will collaborate with product, UX, QA, DevOps, and analytics to deliver cohesive experiences, influence architectures, and evolve data models while championing responsible

Qualifications

• Senior leadership setting development standards across web, mobile, and APIs.
• Hands-on coding with experience across frontend, backend, and cloud.
• Mentor and guide developers across multiple projects and technologies.
• Experience delivering scalable, high-quality solutions and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction across front-end, back-end, mobile, and cloud.
• Design scalable APIs and data solutions.
• Shape containerised and serverless workloads (Docker, AWS ECS, Lambda).
• Ensure performance, reliability, security, and clean engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, DevOps, and analytics teams.
• Mentor and grow the engineering team.
• Deliver with impact, with visibility on progress and risks.
