Responsibilities

• Embed and operate in cross-functional client teams to identify bottlenecks and prototype agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement multi-agent frameworks, RAG architectures, and tool-augmented LLM workflows.
• Map and re-engineer workflows to enable both human‑in‑the‑loop and autonomous AI workers.
• Bridge cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and frontier AI models with secure API integrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and tech stakeholders, translating AI concepts into business cases.

In this hands‑on, client‑facing role, you will embed directly within client environments to architect, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and autonomous digital workers. You will help top‑tier Australian enterprises evolve from traditional automation to dynamic, multi‑agent systems that redefine how work gets done.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed & Execute: Operate in embedded, cross‑functional client teams to identify high‑value operational bottlenecks and prototype, test, and deploy production‑grade agentic AI solutions.
• Architect Agentic Systems: Design and implement multi‑agent frameworks, task orchestration pipelines, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) architectures, and tool‑augmented LLM workflows.
• Workforce & Process Transformation: Map, decompose, and re‑engineer complex business workflows into collaborative human‑in‑the‑loop and fully autonomous AI worker roles.
• Technical Orchestration: Bridge cloud infrastructure, enterprise data pipelines, and frontier AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open‑source LLMs) with secure API integrations.
• Consultative Leadership: Function as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and technology stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear business cases and risk‑managed rollout strategies.
• Rapid Adaptation: Rapidly evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) as the agentic ecosystem matures.

Core Requirements

• Agentic AI & LLM Mastery: Practical understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, agentic orchestration, tool/API usage, memory management, and evaluation frameworks.
• High Adaptability: Demonstrated track record of quickly mastering new technologies, switching domains, and solving ambiguous, unstructured problems in fast‑paced environments.
• Client‑Facing Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical tradeoffs, build consensus with executive leadership, and guide organizations through technological disruption.

Desirable Background/Experience (One or more of the following):

• AI / ML Background: Experience fine‑tuning models, building RAG systems, vector database management, and deploying production ML pipelines.
• Data Engineering Background: Expertise in modern data stacks, ETL/ELT pipelines, real‑time data streaming, and enterprise data governance.
• Cloud & DevOps Background: Strong foundation in cloud‑native design (AWS, Azure, or GCP), serverless architectures, microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Consulting & Strategy Background: Proven experience in management/technology consulting, process re‑engineering, target operating model (TOM) design, and enterprise change management.
