Qualifications

• 3+ years' administration experience within a professional office environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine passion for client service.
• Confidence working autonomously while contributing positively to a close-knit team.
• A proactive approach, willingness to learn and an interest in improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing documentation for client reviews, investments, financial advice and insurance applications.
• Coordinating client appointments, review schedules and ongoing workflow.
• Preparing and managing ongoing service agreements and associated documentation.
• Liaising with clients, superannuation funds, insurers and financial product providers.
• Entering and maintaining accurate client information within XPLAN to support advice preparation.
• Maintaining compliant, accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Providing general administrative support and identifying opportunities to improve processes and client service.
