Job summary

Partale Talent is partnering with a leading non-bank lender and multi-channel distributor across Australia and New Zealand. The Financial Crime Specialist will own the space, shaping strategy and strengthening controls, reporting to the COO and collaborating with Risk, Compliance, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial crime, AML/CTF, or related fields.
• Investigative mindset with eye for detail.
• Experience identifying weaknesses in systems and controls.
• Excellent communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Advise on financial crime controls and risk mitigation.
• Investigate suspected fraud, scams, identity theft and money laundering.
• Assess lending processes and customer journeys for weaknesses.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Technology and Operations.
