Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst to join our Sydney team. You will collaborate with project teams to enhance financial workflows and reporting structures, while managing activities to meet client goals.

You will develop expertise in financial close and digital reporting technologies such as Blackline and Workiva. With 2+ years in consulting, transformation projects, and project/change management, you will support delivery and contribute to business development across Australia

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a consultant in the professional services industry.
• 2+ years supporting transformation projects and collaborating across teams.
• 2+ years of experience with project management and change management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Applicants must have unrestricted, ongoing right to work in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement improvements to financial workflows and reporting structures.
• Assist in managing project activities, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
• Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in financial close and digital reporting processes; working with technologies like Blackline and Workiva.
• Identify areas for process optimization and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead/participate in client facing workshops and meetings; develop executive-level presentations.
• Help shape the delivery approach and go-to-market strategy across Australia and the broader APAC region.
• Participate in business development and sales cycles.

The compensation range for this position is $100,000-150,000 AUD. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
