Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Accountant for our Melbourne-based client following the Dynamics 365 implementation. The 6-month temp role focuses on supporting the finance system, resolving issues and driving improvements across finance, IT and operations.

You will provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, conduct UAT, assist with integrations and training, and help strengthen internal controls and reporting while working closely with external providers.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent accounting designation.
• Extensive experience with finance systems in a complex environment.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with ability to interpret financial results.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Act as a key point of contact for finance systems queries and technical issues.
• Support upcoming systems implementations, enhancements and integration projects.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with system changes.
• Review and improve finance processes, reporting and internal controls.
• Collaborate with IT and external providers to resolve systems-related issues.
• Provide training and support to finance and operational users.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting and broader finance-related projects.
