Job summary

Queensland Treasury Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Finance Business Partnering to collaborate with senior leaders across the organisation. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver high-quality management reports to improve business performance.

The role emphasises commercial partnering, strategic analysis and robust financial modelling.

Qualifications

Five+ years in finance business partnering or similar
CA/CPA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience preparing reports/presentations for executives

Responsibilities

Partner with divisional leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
Deliver monthly management reporting and variance analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities
Develop and maintain financial models for decision making
Contribute to business cases and project benefit realisation
Drive finance initiatives and process improvements
Support month-end processes and divisional reporting
Build relationships and influence outcomes with stakeholders
