Job summary

Safe Food Production Queensland is a Queensland Government statutory body responsible for protecting public health and supporting confidence in Queensland's food supply. As Principal Finance Officer, you will lead financial management, reporting, budgeting and procurement, providing trusted advice to the executive and supporting strong governance, compliance and value for money.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA Australia, CA, or MIPA/FIPA membership is required or recognised.
• Experience in financial management and reporting in a complex organisation with AASB standards.

• Lead financial management, reporting, budgeting and procurement.
• Provide trusted advice to the executive and support governance and compliance.
