Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering firm seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead major projects across Australia. You will head a multi-disciplinary team on site, drive safe delivery, and ensure quality from design through construction phases.

The role provides growth, 2x1 or 3x1 FIFO rosters, strong client liaison, and a supportive culture with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in Construction/Project Management roles.
• Professional engineering or trades background.
• Experience managing onsite construction contractors on large Tier 1 contracts.
• Experience in mineral resource or materials handling industries.
• Knowledge of current safety legislation and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership.
• Valid National Police clearance (no older than 6 months).
• Ability to pass a full medical and DAS.
• S26 (WA) and/or G189 (QLD), current first aid and white card - essential.
