Competitive salary + Car Allowance + Super + Bonus
Are you a passionate and experienced Visual Merchandiser with a strong multi-site background, proven training ability, and an eye for both creative execution and commercial results? Do you thrive in the field and love being hands‑on in stores, but also want to influence national visual strategy?
We’re looking for a Senior Field Visual Merchandiser to oversee visual excellence across SA, WA, VIC, TAS and the ACT – supporting store teams, collaborating with key stakeholders, and owning the implementation of impactful, data‑led VM strategies.
About the Role
In this highly autonomous and collaborative role, you’ll work closely with the Visual Merchandising leadership and Head Office teams to:
- Own the execution of VM principles and direction across your region.
- Train, mentor and uplift retail teams to deliver consistent, commercially effective visual merchandising.
- Adapt national VM guidelines for store-specific needs without compromising brand standards.
- Gather insights from the field and use sales data to influence and improve broader VM strategy.
- Act as a true business partner – bringing findings, trends, and solutions to help shape future direction.
- Support store openings, closures, and refits to ensure VM is integrated from the start.
- Travel frequently to maintain visual consistency and retail team engagement across the portfolio.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2+ years in a senior or field‑based multi‑site role.
- Ideally fast‑paced, high‑volume fashion or lifestyle retail background.
- Experience managing or supporting a large store portfolio (doesn’t need to match this exact size).
- Strong understanding of VM principles and how to scale them across different formats and layouts.
- Excellent people leadership skills – you’re a natural coach who empowers retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen – you know how to link VM to sales performance and use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and deliver consistently across territories.
- Confident in building relationships across departments, from Store Managers to the Visual and Property teams.
Tools & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and visual merchandising presentation tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – written and verbal.
- Strong time management and project planning capabilities.
Why This Role?
- Make a genuine impact by shaping in‑store execution and influencing national VM direction.
- Join a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment where your voice will be heard.
- Travel across diverse regions and lead the visual experience in some of the brand’s most important markets.
- Competitive salary package, field‑based flexibility, and ongoing professional development.
If you're a confident, creative VM leader who thrives in the field and enjoys driving strategy through action and insight – we want to hear from you.
