• Ideally fast-paced, high-volume fashion or lifestyle retail background.
• Excellent people leadership skills – you’re a natural coach who empowers retail teams.
• Strong understanding of VM principles and how to scale them across different formats and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of VM principles and direction across your region.
• Train, mentor and uplift retail teams to deliver effective visual merchandising.
• Gather insights from the field to improve broader VM strategy.
• Support store openings, closures, and refits.
