You will manage a broad range of family law matters including property settlements, parenting arrangements and domestic violence matters, with direct client contact and practical, compassionate legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3+ years PAE in family law.
• Ability to manage family-law matters with an appropriate level of independence.
• Strong drafting, client-management, litigation and negotiation skills.
• A practical, organised and empathetic approach to clients.
• A commitment to producing high-quality legal work and contributing positively to the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and domestic violence matters.
• Work directly with clients, delivering practical and compassionate legal solutions.
• Draft court documents and appear before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrates Court.
