Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Value Stream Recipe Owner in Australia to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of PCS/MES, DCS, and PLC process recipes within a specific manufacturing value stream.

You will align with global execution system standards, lead lifecycle activities from requirements to validation, provide 24/7 on-call support, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, and CSV teams to maximise facility uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma/biopharma with automation or execution systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of MES and batch manufacturing standards (ISA-88/95).
• Hands-on recipe/workflow authoring and MES master data/configuration experience.
• Experience designing and supporting automation in large regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with global shop-floor execution systems desirable; Process Excellence or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate execution system recipe delivery across work packages.
• Own the recipe design and implementation strategy adhering to standards.
• Manage full execution system lifecycle: design, configuration, integration, validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and validation activities.
• Drive quality, compliance, validation, change management per QMS.
• Collaborate across Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, EHS&S, CSV.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support interim PM duties.
