Silverstrand is seeking experienced Excavator Operators across multiple locations in Caboolture, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ipswich. You will operate 14T–38T machines, perform trenching, GPS/Topcon/Trimble tasks, and final trim work in civil projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of excavator experience, a White Card, and the ability to read plans. A safety‑minded, team‑oriented attitude is essential for success on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience operating excavators on civil construction projects.
• Construction Induction White Card is mandatory.
• Other machine tickets are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Operate 14T–38T excavators including trench work and final trim.
• Read and work directly from plans.
• Safely dogging suspended loads and rigging for excavator placements.
• Work safely around high‑risk machinery and comply with site/environmental requirements.
