Job summary

ACCIONA Infrastructure in NSW is expanding its Origination team, seeking a Senior Estimating Manager to lead cost estimation across a pipeline of major road, rail, water and energy projects in Australia. You will work with engineering, commercial and bid leadership to develop competitive, accurate estimates that win work.

You will report to Origination leadership and shape bid strategy from early opportunity assessment through submission, guiding multiple concurrent bids under tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction or related field.
• Significant experience estimating major infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimates for major infrastructure tenders.
• Manage multiple bids with tight deadlines.
• Direct quantity take-offs and cost forecasting.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy.
• Build estimating strategy with commercial and engineering teams.
• Present estimate outcomes to senior leadership.
• Maintain and improve estimating tools and methodology.

About the Opportunity

ACCIONA Infrastructure is growing its Origination team in NSW, driving the pursuit of major road, rail, water and energy projects across Australia. As Senior Estimating Manager, you will lead cost estimation across a pipeline of upcoming tenders, working closely with engineering, commercial and bid leadership to develop competitive, accurate estimates that win work. You will report into the Origination leadership team and play a central role in shaping bid strategy from early opportunity assessment through to submission. This is a chance to lead complex, high-value estimating work, build strong cross-functional relationships and influence the direction of some of the country's most significant infrastructure projects.
