Job summary

PEP Construction Management (PCM) seeks an experienced Senior EPC Project Manager to lead the next phase of its major energy infrastructure portfolio across Australia, including BESS, HV substations and transmission projects. You will guide delivery from ECI through construction and handover, working with clients, design teams, consultants and partners.

You are a proven leader with 10+ years in complex energy projects, strong WHS, commercial and contractual capabilities, and the ability to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management; Electrical or Civil preferred.
• 10+ years delivering utility-scale energy projects (BESS, HV substations, transmission).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams as Principal Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from ECI through construction and handover.
• Coordinate PCM's delivery team, consultants, OEMs, suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain project controls across scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality.
• Lead risk management, safety and governance across the project.
